STG Acquires International Computers and Telecommunications Inc. (ICT)

Fairfax, VA, April 22, 2002 ? STG, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of International Computers and Telecommunications, Inc. (ICT).  ICT is a Maryland-based privately held IT provider of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems, aviation and airport systems services, and management, operational, and business improvement services.  This equity purchase allows STG to leverage ICT?s Pacific Rim presence and a more than 20-year history of worldwide, award-winning support to U.S. and Foreign Governments.  ICT has been recognized as the Top Fast 50 company by Washington Technology and received the Award of Excellence from the Small Business Administration.

Founded in 1981 as a professional IT systems and services company, ICT has provided technical and engineering services as well as specialized products to the Department of Defense and other government customers.  One of the company?s key products and services includes their proprietary software and hardware for Low Level Wind Shear Alert Systems

UndICT I.  These systems have been successfully installed in 60 airports in the US, Korea, and Taiwan.

ICT has a long-standing presence supporting U.S. Forces Korea providing Theater and Global Command and Control Information Management Systems.  ICT?s support to the 14th Communication Squadron at the Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, resulted in the base?s selection as the model base for the Defense Message System (DMS) for the entire U.S. Air Force.
