Reston, VA — December 7, 2010 —STG, Inc. (STG) has named Patrick G. Attilio as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). An industry veteran with more than 30 years of financial experience, Mr. Attilio will be responsible for the overall leadership of STG’s financial and accounting activities, including financial planning, reporting and analysis, and the banking and treasury function.
“We held an extensive search to find the right candidate capable of facilitating STG’s growth as we evolve into a full and open large business prime contractor,” said STG COO Paul Fernandes. “I am confident that in Rick, we have found that leader who is capable of driving STG’s growth now and well into the future.”
Mr. Attilio previously worked at Apptis as CFO, where he was responsible for all finance and accounting, taxation, treasury, internal audit, government compliance, project control, procurement, facilities and IT activities within the company. Before Apptis, he spent 23 years at Unisys, where he held a variety of increasingly responsible financial positions, including Vice President of Finance, Global Public Sector.
Mr. Attilio holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA from St. Peter’s College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
