STG Awarded Legacy Systems Support Contract Worth Up to $89 Million
Reston-based Company to Provide Financial Service Support to DoS
Reston, VA — October 10, 2007 — STG, Inc. announced today that it has won a single award contract from the Department of State (DoS) Bureaus of Resource Management (RM) and Information Resource Management (IRM) to provide support for legacy financial management, payroll applications, transition support for new systems, as well as support of the Department’s ePayroll initiatives. This five-year contract has a ceiling of $89 million.

STG will leverage its 20+ years of continuous DoS experience to support RM’s migration of legacy payroll and retirement systems to modern platforms that will improve the user interface and provide system efficiencies. Under this contract, STG partnered with Bearing Point, a leading financial services consulting firm, to offer DoS in-depth support in its effort to enhance both financial and payroll systems.
