STG Opens Program Office in Charleston, SC in Support of Department of State and Navy SPAWAR Clients
June 28, 2005—Reston, VA— STG, Inc., a leading provider of information technology, technical security, engineering and scientific services support to the Government and military, today announced the opening of its new program office in North Charleston, SC. Located at 6650 Rivers Avenue, the office will support several initiatives key to the Charleston community; including the Department of State’s (DoS) Office of Global Financial Services; the Charleston Passport Center; and The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Charleston.
STG currently provides performance-based IT and systems engineering services to DoS and the Naval European Command (NAVEUR) through SPAWAR Systems, Charleston.
At the Department of State, STG will continue to provide IT support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Global Financial Services, which includes internal and financial systems operations, customer support and training, and systems development and maintenance. Global financial services include all Foreign Service and American accounting and compensation operations supporting 250 posts in 180 countries.
