STG, Inc., a leading provider of information technology, technical security, engineering, and scientific services support to the government and military, announced today that the U.S. Army has selected STG to compete for the $20 Billion Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 2 Services (ITES-2S) contract.
A follow-on of the original ITES program, the ITES-2S contract will promote performance-based contracting for a full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with information technology (IT) services worldwide. The scope includes the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM). ITES-2S is a nine-year contract with awards covering a three-year base period and three, two-year options.
