STG’s mature Quality Management System is called Manage Operations, Solutions, and Intelligent Collaboration (MOSaIC). STG’s MOSaIC holds a unique certified integrated management system. STG satisfied all requirements for accreditation of an integrated management system (IMS) with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 (Service Management), and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security). STG successfully demonstrated 100% integration of each respective management system standard and the IMS program in totality. This benchmark sets STG ahead of its competitors. STG is also appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development (DEV) Level 3.

The MOSaIC holistic, business risk approach for managing strategic decisions and information security improves STG’s overall security posture and builds cultural sensitivity to confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy of all information within its systems. STG’s Information Security and Service Management System (ISSMS) embraces over 100 security controls and service management best practices. MOSaIC also draws on process assets from industry standards Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3) and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK 5th edition), combining and adapting these processes to create a customized framework for monitoring and improving the quality of service delivery.

STG's Quality Management System (QMS) has a certified Integrated Management System meeting the latest ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2011, and ISO 27001:2013 standards.

The evaluation was conducted by SRI Quality System Registrar, an internationally accredited registrar for ISO standards. The CMMI appraisal was conducted by Abridge Technologies.

Globally recognized and respected, the ISO standards are set by the International Organization for Standardization, a Geneva-based worldwide federation of national standard bodies.

CMMI is registered by the CMMI Institute and is a global leader in the advancement of best practices in people, process, and technology.
