Department of State, General Financial Services
Each fiscal year, STG supports the Department of State’s budgeting and annual reporting process. This includes formulating the budget, analyzing expenditures against the budget, performing financial tracking and performing general accounting functions, and developing OMB-300 annual reports. STG staff conducts special reviews and assessments of proposed budgets and develops recommendations for the following fiscal year submissions.
Department of State, Worldwide Compensation Systems Support
STG provides worldwide compensation systems support for the Department of State’s 65,000 employees worldwide. Our knowledge of complex federal payroll systems allows us to pay Foreign Service Nationals located in 180 countries with local currencies in accordance with local pay regulations — accurately and on time.
